I'm in the same boat. Apparently I signed up last October- I didn't - we don't have an Xbox & no one has access to my log in details. I didn't get an email confirming that I had it so didn't spot the add on until this week. I have 2 step authentication - when I sign in I get a code sent to my phone....
I would like my £30 back but BT say it's not them & I must have been hacked, I am awaiting a call from the fraud team. Meanwhile my complaint has been closed!

If this has been reported to our Fraud team, they should be getting back in touch with you. It can take 5 working days for them to get back to you once it has been sent to them.
