How do I report a fault for someone else when I don't have BT myself?
Every phone number just sends me a text which i can't reply to then ends the call.
I need to speak to someone or have an email address for reporting faults.

Mind you, if you do get through, you might encounter problems obtaining help for a thirdparty due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This assumes the other party's customer files do not contain a note that you are authorised to call on their behalf.
