This is a bit of a weird one, hope someone will be able to help.
Ever since the clocks have gone forward by one hour, when someone calls my landline the time they are calling me is listed on my 'recent calls' list on my BT account, as one hour before they have called i.e. someone called me on Monday at 5.00 pm but on my 'recent calls' list it says they called at 4.00 pm. I didn't have this problem when the clocks went back one hour in October and I'm really confused by it.
This only happens when I log into to My BT on a laptop, if I log in on my mobile phone, the call times are correct. The time on my laptop is also correct, so I know it's not that.
I have tried everything from checking the timezone on my laptop to turning on 'location' settings, but nothing works.
I would be grateful of any help offered.
Many Thanks

Hi @rachieroo
Welcome to the Community
This is an interesting one, especially since it only happens on one of your devices.
When logging into MYBT on the laptop is that through the website directly (i.e. no app), whereas on the mobile it's through the BT app?
Ali
Thanks for confirming @rachieroo
For this one I suggest it would be best to contact Customer Service directly so the technical team can look into the reason for the disparity between your call logs and actual times on the laptop.
