Recycling old routers

Go to solution

I would like to recycle several ancient BT routers and accessories collected over the years back to BT. Currently they are just gathering dust in my loft.  Online help says there is a link in “my account” for the request of recycle bags but I’ve looked - and looked - but can’t find it!  Does the link exist? Does the free BT recycle scheme still operate? If so how do I get hold of recycle bags (plural).  Thanks

If you don't have a pressing need to return the items to BT you could just take them along to your local recycling centre.

If you do want to return them to BT call 0800.800.150 and request that they send you recycling bags.

Thanks. Phoned BT. They were - got to be honest, surprisingly - responsive and helpful and are sending bags.
