I referred my daughter to BT for her broadband and we have both not received our £50 voucher. It has been more than 30-45 days since she paid her first bill. I contacted an agent online but they referred me to the wrong department. I cannot find anywhere further on the BT site to submit a claim/query
The refer a friend ended on 10 September 2023.
