Refer a Friend - No Voucher

At the start of August, my mother in law took a broadband package. At point of sale, we were told to use refer a friend in order to receive £50 Amazon vouchers each. I followed your website, registering my unique code which my mother in law then followed but nothing.

I've spoken to your advisors on 4 occasions and been promised that the vouchers are coming yet nothing. Please can you help as I have followed the process yet to date nothing has arrived.

Hi @tcmonckton10, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. 

You mention at the point of sale you were told to use the refer a friend code. Did you Mother in Law call in to place her order? 

The refer a friend order must be placed via the website and not over the phone.

That's correct John. My mother in law placed the order and followed the refer a friend direction as detailed from the personalised link that I generated. Her first 2 bills have been paid. Advisors have detailed that we have done everything correctly and to wait 10 days for the vouchers to arrive. I've waited longer and still nothing hence asking on here just as I've called in numerous times.
