Hi team.
I have used the refer a friend scheme and sent a link to my friend. My friend has used the link and got her broadband activated today.
Neither me or my friend has received any email to confirm/acknowledged that we are on the scheme (not to send gift card, but a confirmation email). We both have checked our junk folder.
Can someone help please?
