@cjpop94  With much respect, how would anyone on the forum know when BT will pay the money into your bank? You’re not asking anyone here at BT, this is a customer to customer help forum, it is not a direct link to BT and there is no access to anyone’s accounts here. You’ll get the money when BT decides to pay it. If you have any further concerns, phone BT billing and ask them.

depends they may just credit it to your  next bill unless you asked for it to be paid back to your bank r the give ypu the option as them via live chat
