Hi, I’m struggling to get my person removed from my account after several repeated attempts phoning BT directly . I’m both the account holder and bill payer. The person no longer lives at my home address. Does anyone know whether there is something I can do within my account settings that will remove this person. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi @FullofQuestions If it's just a previous contact's details then I should be able to help you get those removed. We can't change the name of the account holder though.
