BT advertise an email and chat service for help but they don't show up on the help page. I refuse to wait on their so-called phone service. There is not a company in Britain at present who is not too busy to answer right now!
My problem is that I have just had an email from them about renewing my broadband/phone contract along with details of upgrades. I simply want to stay with my present contract. How do I do it? This is further complicated by their online prices being different from the email and stating they don't include phone which I cannot find anywhere.

Simply do nothing and your current contract will just turn into a rolling monthly contract.
Thanks for the info. Finally chose an upgrade that was faster and cheaper than my basic fiber. It was install and running next
