Renewed contact, but now cheaper.

Go to solution

Hello.

I renewed my contract on 1st August for £35.99 for full fibre. However, since doing that the price has come down to £33.99.

Would it be straight forward to get the lower price or, as I suspect, might I have to cancel and start over with installation appointment, etc. ?

TIA. 🙂

Lol, do you go back to the supermarket (or anywhere else) & say this is cheaper than last week/month? Offers can change & it's luck at the time. You can try but it's likely to be a case of reverting within the 14 days/cancelling so yes hassle

There is also the danger of losing your connection, and possible no being able to get another one, if the cabinet is full.

I would leave things alone and accept that prices change.

The cabinet is irrelevant here as they're on full fibre

@Robin

Just call 0800 800030 and ask. Nothing to lose.
