So - there is no link either in My BT or on the site to request a retuns bag, nor can I get through on the CS line.
Is there an email address I can send a request to?

You can request a returns bag by logging into your online account and requesting one and you will get it within 7 days.
Either that or you would need to call or message BT and get one that way:

Make sure you keep a hold of the tracking number from Royal Mail until BT let you know they have it back
Where is the actual link? I can't see it as an option anywhere in my online account -I have aposted here because I can't get through on the phone and there is no "request a bag" link in my online account. Can anyone who has actually done this give me an answer?
You can phone CS 03301234150 and request returns bag or you can try billing message now and see if they can help

Thanks so much imjolly - I've already tried all these options, hence the post. The autobots send you back to the page that doesnt exist on the website and the ohone lines are over a 30 minute wait.
