BT use a few different returns depots.

You should use a BT Returns bag to send items back.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.

Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
