Return kit

I've returned my kit as asked several weeks ago but I am being harassed by BT threatening to charge me.

I can't reply to this message either!

The post office said this is a common scam!

Should I contact my lawyer?

do you have the proof of posting from the post office?  if so contact billing using 'message us'
