Return of BT Homehub help

I'm struggling to get hold of a contact email address for BT accounts or customer services.

I've recently swapped from BT to EE and have returned my homehub and wifi disc. I received a text from BT requesting that I provide my tracking details.  The issue I have is that I am currently in the Falkland Islands and for some reason I am unable to reply via text to BT with the tracking details as normal texts won't send.

I'm happy to provide these details but I just don't see a simple way to contact BT. 

Any help would be appreciated.

I would contact the billing team on the online chat facility
