I have recently upgraded my broadband and part of the deal was a 6 months Xbox Games Pass. The broadband has been operational for 16 days now but the Content Partner is still not showing in MyBT under Products so I am unable to claim this. I do not know who to contact to sort this out. Please can anyone help?

try contacting billing using message now and they should be able to help. it can take nearer 3 weeks after upgrade activation to see content partners
