Return of equipment
I have returned a wifi disk on the 4th sept, but it still shows as awaiting return. I do have proof of postage.
What do I do?

It can take up to 4 weeks to acknowledge receipt. You can phone CS 03301234150 and give proof of posting number and they should be able to check and update
