I wonder if anyone knows what's going on here. When I log on to my MyBT account I always get this screen. So I can't see my bills or any of my services. I've done password reset etc. It logs me in but just takes me to this "we can't find your account" screen.
It's been like this since I signed up with BT back around March but it's only bugging me now 'cos it means I can't get in to activate the new sport app.
Hi @mrfresh, sorry you're getting this error. It looks like you may have an old account still connected to your BTID.
If you are able to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll probably have to delete the BTID so you can set it up again without the old account linked.
