I've just had a replacement hub delivered last Friday and BT naturally want the broken one back (? but I guess fair enough). What I object to is receiving no fewer than 3 return bags in the post on different days, plus an email asking us to send it back, plus a note on our account that BT are still waiting for its return and do we want a bag sending to us? Flip me, what a palaver - the hub was returned 2 days ago, so maybe they should just give me a chance!?
At some point will they take into account the fact that I have returned it and mark my account as such? Is there a check box that will be checked and I'll stop getting hassled?
If you have Proof of Postage call BT 0800.800.150 and they will mark your account as the item having been returned.
