Returned Equipment

Hello - I returned my BT equipment on 11th March and have the tracking number which when used with the Post Office's Track and Trace shows the equipment arrived with you on 12 March. 

I'm still getting reminders to return the equipment 6 weeks later.   Could this be looked into please? Should I post the T&T number here?

It is presently taking BT four weeks to update accounts after items have been returned.

You can ether wait until your account is updated or if you prefer you can call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Tracking details and they will update your account for you.
