I returned the Hybrid Connect Hub over 3 weeks ago and have still heard nothing. I have proof of postage and I really don't want to be charged £62 for something I have returned and it never worked either! I got a reminder email asking me to send it which I already have. Is there an email address or person I can contact about this? Its ridiculous.
Edit: I looked up the bar code and the package was delivered and signed by BT on the 16th March. What is going on?

If you call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
