Hi, I sent back 3 items of kit in two bags (Smart Hub 2 and TV Box Pro in one and Smart Hub in the other). Whilst I’ve had an email to confirm receipt of ALL the kit, the Smart Hub is still showing as Awaiting Return on the order, the others are showing as Returned. Is it just a case of waiting?
you can phone CS 03301234150 and get them to update the records especially if you have confirmation that both return bags received
