I have left EE Broadband and I have returned my router as requested in the provided bag, it’s been delivered now since the 23rd October.
But on my BT account it says that they are still waiting for the router and it needs to be returned before the 25th November.
Does it normally take weeks to recognise a returned router or do I have a problem here.
I have tracking details that shows it was delivered on the 23rd Oct so it has been received.
I don’t want to be charged the £85 for this because BT/EE haven’t processed it.
Has anyone had this problem?

Last report I recall reading was around a month.

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
