Hi, I hope someone can help me. I have sent my old bttv recordable box back after receiving a new one that’s working well. But I’m getting this message from Royal Mail website:

Call BT with the tracking number. They can then see that you've done your bit & should mark it received. Any failure to actually deliver is between them & RM.

Delays do seem to occur with the equipment return process - little obvious sign of improvement actions or the process being audited- one other example from last year

Yaaaay it has been delivered finally today but don’t know up to when i still keep getting these reminders emails?😃

Once the return has been processed and the account has been updated to show the return, you should receive no more notifications to return the TV box. If these do continue, please get in touch and our broadband guides will get the account updated.
