Returned equipment not marked as received

I have returned a SmartHub2 which tracking shows as delivered on 2 March. I've waited 28 days as suggested previously and it is still showing as outstanding. How can I resolve this matter?

Have you tried calling BT 03301234150 with your proof of postage as was previously suggested?
