How long does it take to get the items sent back to the distribution centre uploaded on to the system. I'm only asking as mine were received on Thursday and still showing as awaiting return.

Welcome to this user forum for BT Residential phone and broadband customers.
It has been taking weeks, but if you get a reminder, then call BT with your proof of postage, and they will update the database.
