I returned both a Smart Hub 2 and a Hybrid Connect within the same returns bag some time ago.
BT acknowledged the return of the Smart Hub 2, but I am still receiving chasers for the Hybrid Connect and told I will be charged. As these were packaged together and the Hub 2 return was acknowledged, it is clear that the items were received successfully, so I can only assume that there has been a processing oversight with regards to the Hybrid Connect. Obviously I would not want to be charged the £60+ through no fault of my own.
Could someone please advise, else I may need to raise a complaint if I am billed?
