Hello, I need to return my BT hub. Tracking my cancellation order shows that my returns packaging was sent to an address I haven't lived at for a few months and I no longer have access to the postbox at this property. I need to get this sent to my current address. The email reminder about returning kit says that if I log in to MyBT I can ask for more packaging by clicking 'Return your kit', but this option is not available. Please could a new returns bag be sent to my new address so I can get the hub back to you?

If you call BT 0330.1234.150 you can request that they send one out to you.
Make sure you keep a copy of your Proof of Posting and if possible take a photograph of it in case you somehow lose the paper copy.
