I have returned my bt hub over a month ago via post.
I am still receiving charge emails saying the hub still has not been returned.
I actually put two hubs inside the returns bag when posting.
It seems that bt attempt to make things difficult when changing providers!...i am hugely dissapointed at the poor service & charging people for following the process set out by themselves!
