Returning equipment

Changing my landline to digital I've been asked to return a wifi disc - no title given but a reference number. The only BT disc I can find is titled 'BT Total Broadband CD'  but I cannot see a number.  I presume it came when I got BT broadband many years ago. Is this the disc I've been asked to return?

I would imagine they mean one of these, but certainly not a CD. No idea why you'd be required to though & I'm guessing you don't have one anyway? Try Googling the reference number & see what shows up.
