Returning kit.

I keep getting messages to return a Wi-Fi disc I have never had! I upgraded a short while ago and received a new hub and two Wi-Fi discs. I returned my original hub to you which you have received! I have never had discs until the upgrade! I cannot return something I don’t have!??  Thanks

You need to phone CS 03301234150 and get them to correct your records
