Hoping a moderator can assist with this as I am getting nowhere with customer services.
When we were waiting for our fibre connection to be sorted out we were sent a 4G router as a temporary fix and then about a week later sent ANOTHER one!
After the problem was sorted we sent back one of the routers with the the pre paid postage sticker but the second one didn't have one and I have been unable to get Customer Services to understand we have TWO and I just need a label to send the second one back.

Hi @WelshDave Thanks for posting, we don't ask for the 4g mini hubs to be returned as they can be reactivated should there ever be a fault with your service in the future.
