I have cancelled my broadband account recently due to personal reasons. I realize that cancelling midway through the contract would incur a charge and had £160 + taken out of my bank account. As I do not want to pay £50 for not returning the router I want a bag to return it which I thought would have been sent on my cancellation of contract. Waiting on anticipation.
