Returns bag

Why do BT keep sending returns bag to an address that hasn't been on there system for me since 2006 and even though when I realised what was happening and I phoned them about it they still sent one to the old address?

BT don't get a near 90% one star review on Trust pilot for nothing. 

Yes it's a vast organisation but the inefficiently is breathtaking

Thanks for coming to the community.

It does sound like the old address must be still on the account somewhere. 

While I can appreciate you have phoned already, it would be best to speak to the team again and explain what has happened so they can check the account to make sure only your current address is showing.

I have spoken to them twice, first time they said only my current address is on their system and they would make sure it was sent to my current address, it went to the old one. Second time they said the same and I am waiting with baited breath for it to arrive.

If it does go to the wrong address again, they would be the best people to speak to @IanHutch.

We don't have access to the account here on the community, but if it is going to the wrong place and doesn't show the wrong address when they look, they can raise a ticket for it to be investigated.
