Sent devices back to BT no longer with them all be received by BT but they still keep spamming me with emails and texts saying if haven't sent back by December they will charge me

It is taking BT about four weeks to update accounts after receiving the items back.
If you have either Proof of Postage or Proof of Delivery contact BT 0800.800.150 and they will update your account.
