Signed up at start of June and received an email saying reward card ready to claim. When you click on that there’s nothing to claim. Spoken to BT on two separate occasions with promises that the issue will be resolved. Still waiting. Why is it so difficult?

Thanks. That’s who I’ve spoken to twice. They keep telling me they have escalated to their boss and that it will be sorted within a week. Still waiting.
