Hi my broadband has been active for 30 days now and I have not received my reward card email and when I check the rewards page it says there are no rewards available to claim

I can confirm I have not received the Rewars card it’s been 42 days

Can you help me i haven’t received my card ?
Bt installed and claimed successfully it’s almost 40 days
Emailed BT@purecard.com replied with couldn’t find me on the system advised to contact BT
Any help would be appreciated
