Hi I’m hoping someone can help as I’m getting dizzy from all the circles I’m being sent in.
Signed up to bt as were offering a reward card, had bt installed, had the cooling off period.
Received an email on 19th March to say they would send details of how to log into access my reward card shortly and still nothing.
I phoned BT who said I need to speak to purecard, spoke to pure card who said I need to speak to BT and yet nobody still is able to help me, or send details to access my reward card.Purecard said they haven’t had the data from BT, BT are saying they don’t know what they mean and so the saga continues.
Can anyone point me in the right direction of managers/complaints of how the managed to resolve their issue?
