We took out broadband as a new customer through a compare site offering a £60 BT reward card. I have a screenshot of the offer, but because the lady at BT can't see what's behind the screenshot for the actual offer, they wont honour it.
She says I should have received an email, but I told her I had not and she argued that it couldn't have happened!!!
Why make these offers if you're not going to honour them? And why would I take a screenshot of something if I wasn't going to use it to show the offer in the future
Does anyone else have the same problem?
