Hi, I placed an order for Fibre 2 mid August, which was activated on the 2nd of September. More than 14 days have passed and I haven't had any emails to claim the reward card (a MasterCard preloaded with £110) nor can I claim anything by loging in to myBT.
Customer service on the phone tells me something very different every time and no one seems to know what they are doing or how to give a straight answer. Can I please get some help with this? How can I claim the card? Thanks!
