I have received emails to claim my BT reward but when I log in it does not allow me to as I had two different account numbers?
also find it difficult you don’t have an online chat support?

If you are unable to select the eligible account in order to complete your claim online, one of our guides can help with submitting the claim for your card. We do have an online chat available by selecting the Message Now button on the contact us page.
