Hoping someone may be able to assist.
We moved into a new address 6 months ago, we transferred out fast fibre service to our new address.
The package we had with BT was coming to an end and their were some cheaper deals available with other providers, so we opted to leave BT and transfer our fast fibre service to Vodafone.
Things havent worked out with Vodafone, we are having drop outs in connection, which isnt great when we both work from home.
We've contacted BT who have now advised that our address isnt registered with openreach, even though we had a fast fibre connection with them literally three weeks ago, we also still have a fast fibre connection with Vodafone, so our address must be registered with Openreach?
We literally have 5 days left of our cooling off period with Vodafone, any help or suggestions welcome?
Thanks
Anything unusual about your address , like it’s a flat/apartment in a converted house , or it’s not a regular ‘number’ on the street , No.1A type of thing ?

put your postcode in here and check for your address , does it show your address exactly (not similar or quite close , but exactly as you know it )
If your address is there , then I’d guess it’s not that the address doesn’t show , but that it’s not currently possible to raise an order , and that may be the VF order has still to complete its order ‘journey’ through the common ordering systems , often only one order at a time can be raised against an address , although TBH , that would normally be the order taken then cancelled
