Reward credit card

Joined BT in February 

was promised a £100 credit card reward for joining BT when claiming it was given a £50 asked BT costumer service and they replied that I should receive a 100£ but for no reason got a 50£ they promised to send me another £50 but until now didn’t heard from them

You have done the right thing in speaking with our Customer Support team. They are able to check which amount you're eligible for and make sure that the correct amount is sent to you.
