I've now had my first payment for my broadband come out and my broadband has been connected for a while but when I login there is still no reward showing.
@AMorgan1 welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems claiming the reward card. I can see you posted before about the order being cancelled and suspect that's the reason behind this issue.
