Looking for help claiming a rewards card .
When I click on the link and sign in there are no rewards showing for my account .
I do have a number of older accounts still showing under my email address so not sure if this is the problem.
any help appreciated.

Hi, @AlecCroshaw I'm sorry did you get the email advising you the reward card was ready to be claimed? The old accounts could be causing problems with the BT ID so I'll send you a private message to enable you to get in touch with the moderation team and we'll be happy to help.

I have the same issue. I have old accounts and that seems to be stopping the reward card showing. Why do you keep sending people private messages? Why don’t you stop this occurring altogether, it’s now a couple of years it’s been going on? I’ve spent over 50 minutes - mostly on hold - to BT Support people who seemingly don’t know what you do. Why do BT allow all of this frustration?? Can you sort out my issue?
