Just an update, I had escalated this to the executive complaints team a few days ago. They got back to me today and explained the issue may have been around the simple transfer tool from my old supplier to BT. They've credited my account the full amount and it should be available to me within 5 days.

So my advice to anyone who's had problems - you are probably eligible, speak to the exec team!

Hi Dave, did you get the credit owed to you in exchange for the rewards card? Just wondering as my account on the community page now has a “ resolved” notice on it, but I haven’t received any notification from BT or the moderators yet.

How did you escalate your enquiry to “higher powers”, I think I need to take my complaint to the next level. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
