Social Tariff Cost

I am with Vodafone for my broadband as their Social Tariff WAS only £12 a month.  That is going up to £22 once my contract ends.  

So I am thinking about going back to BT's Social Tariff, which used to cost £15 but I have heard this has now increased too.   Could anyone tell me by how much please?

I believe that you still have to pay £9.99 for the delivery of the router too, on top of this?
