I haven’t been able to view any of my info on the my BT app for months and months. Just says ‘sorry, there was a problem’ or ‘sorry we can’t show your details right now’ when I try to view my usage or my bills. Any help would be great, thanks

Hi @JonnyRobbo welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry you're experiencing problems viewing your bills and usage, do you have more than one account linked to your BT ID and ensuring to choose the correct one from the drop-down list?

Hi, I’ve only one account that I know of so no option of choosing a different one.

Thanks for sending over the details. I'm glad I was able to get this sorted fror you. For the benefit of the community we had to delete the BTiD so it could be set up again using the correct details.
