Still unable to create bt id

New customer had my broadband installed 25/August, and every time I’ve tried to create a bt id it says we are having issues try again later, I have phoned customer services twice they have tried setting up for me and had the same response, they did say they would open a case and I would hear something when it’s fixed but I stil have heard nothing.

Welcome and thanks for your post!

I am sorry for the problems you're having creating a BTID.  I appreciate the time you have taken speaking with my colleagues in the helpdesk.  We can pick up from here however we are very busy at present and it'll take us a little longer to get round to you.  We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
