I closed my account with BT 2 months ago and have returned all equipment and have both proof of postage and delivery from 6 weeks ago, however BT are continually harassing me about the equipment return and threatening to bill me, despite the fact they already have it, it's impossible to talk to anyone at BT to explain the issue as they hate talking to customers, any ideas as to how I can resolve this?

You will need to call BT Billing 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Posting or your Proof of Receipt and they can update your account accordingly.
